Their tongues had been elongated so that they could lick the ass of the user clean after he or she had finished. In their noses were tubes connected to a hole right behind the seat so that they could breathe. Inside the box they were held in place by a number of brutal steel straps secured to the steel rods holding the box together and hoses were inserted into their nether orifices to remove their own waste. The only maintenance they required was a handful of vitamin- and nourishment pills flushed down with some clean water once a day so that they stayed alive, and once a week the sides of the box were removed and the toilets cleaned with a high-pressure hose. Although it seemed strange both slaves had been broken to an extent that they accepted this without question, feeling that it was natural that they should be treated thus since they were so lowly.

After three years like that Susanna died when an especially fat Mistress sat down and blocked the breathing hole while at the same time taking a dump that went on forever. Susanna simply died from lack of air. Helen lived as a toilet for five more years after Susanna's death, her mind long since gone from the constant confinement and shit eating. She died when a not too bright Mistress threw a sanitary napkin into the toilet and Helen choked trying to swallow it.

But when Denise arrived back from the academy both Susanna and Helen were just running around as bald, shit-eating slaves who were constantly diapered. Although they were not allowed to speak to each other, they had developed a strange affection for each other and constantly tried touch, an infraction that was punished daily.

Denise assumed the role of maid in the household, if only temporarily. Mistress Rachel had discussed Denise with the twins and her maids uniform and her duties in Mistress Rachel's house would be essentially the same as they would be in the twins house once they got settled in. On her feet were white, lacey, ankle socks and her shoes were shiny, black plastic shoes with seven-inch stilettos and locking ankle straps.
